About the Internal Workshop

Get a first hands-on introduction to tech interviews in a practical, low-stakes setting. The session combines a presentation on what you can expect from interviews and how to prepare for them, followed by paired mock interviews, so you can practice the format before doing your first real interview.

You’ll start with a structured overview (CV/cover letter, role search, behavioural questions, live coding), then break into pairs to simulate both sides of the table: interviewer and interviewee.

What to expect
  • A short intro to common interview formats (screening, behavioural, technical)
  • CV + cover letter guidelines and how to look for suitable roles
  • Behavioural interview structure (e.g. STAR method)
  • How to approach live coding interviews (communication + problem-solving)
  • Pair work:
    • Mock screening interview: walk each other through your CV (swap roles)
    • Mock live coding: a short LeetCode-style task (swap roles)
What you need
  • Bring your laptop (charged)
  • Bring your current CV on your laptop
  • (Recommended) Basic familiarity with programming (for the live coding part)
